Exchange issues/ Bittrex wallet still shows value

Hi,
I am trying to sort out my taxes from 2017 until now so I have connected my wallet from Bittrex to Koinly and downloaded order history as cvs files starting from 2017. I have submitted a ticket for support to obtain deposit/withdrawal history but the account on Bittrex wallet in Koinly states that there are crypto assets still there whereas they have been moved into different wallets or exchanges.
I have tried to download the data again and upload it but still the results came exactly the same.

How can I fix it?

Hi @Anna_K

The errors you shared indicate that the data you have imported into your Bittrex wallet is not complete.

The only way to rectify this is to ensure you have imported your entire transaction history, there are no missing purchase history errors, and the balances are accurate.

Unfortunately I have download all history from BIttrex again and it came up to the same results.
I bought my all bitcoins through the Local Bitcoin trades from privet people and then transfered them to my Bittrex exchange account. It seems like this is not registered as purchases. Do you have any idea if maybe I can fix it somehow manually.

Do I need to maybe change something in here?

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have donload the data again and still have the same issue. Do you know how can I find out if tehre are no missing purchase history errors, and if there are errors how can I fix them?
I don’t know what do I do wrong.

I have read the missing purchase history for XYZ and I don’t really know how to fix it as dowloading cvs brings the same results.

Do you think that there migh be some issue that I bought those missing BTC from Local Bitcoin and there is some informations missing? ( when I am troubleshooting LocalBitcoin wallet it doesn’t show me any errors and shows me transfers to Bittrex wallet)

I don’t really know where should I look for help and how to find those errors and fix it.
