ETH transfer not posting. Manual input posts error

Describe the problem:
Transfer transaction to posted after CVS upload - using Koinly’s template

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Robinhood to Eth wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
Koinly’s template

What have you tried to fix this so far?
compared Robinhood transfer with what’s on koinly. Not posting. I have manually input all info along with using tx hash but posts an error. Unable to save.

You’re getting this error because part of this transfer already exists, you don’t need to create a manual transaction.

Can you please share your email for Koinly with me via DM? I can take a look at the account and advise further.
