Setting up wallet sync’s and address format is invalid

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
BNB

How did you import data into this wallet?
Added address to Koinly to autosync by copy paste function

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Re-entererd, checked the BNB blockchain to verify it works

It works when the address is checked on Binance chain

Same thing happens for me. I found a fix by choosing “Binance DEX” instead of “Binance Smart Chain” on Koinly. The address is recognized then with no error. Hope this helps!
