To make use of your Dual Nationality add-on, simply go to your Settings tab and change the “Home Country” and this will allow you to generate a report for the additional country you purchased. 
In regards to a 1099 form, Koinly does not supply this to you. There are also many variants of this form and not all may be necessary to file your report. You can find out more info on these forms in the link below!
