Doesn't calculate LOSS correctly on transactions

I’m about ready to file my taxes but there is ONE transaction that I feel isn’t showing up the LOSS correctly. In fact, there are some other instances where if the Cost Basis is greater than what the Fiat Value of the trade is - it won’t show that it’s a LOSS on this transaction, but just a puts it down as 0 gains. This isn’t good, cause then i won’t be able to issue losses to offset other profits gains I have. I believe there is some huge bug.

See attached screen shot of what I mean. The fiat value of what the MATIC is trading into is 2756.26+7.17 = 2763.43 but the COST basis of the MATIC is 2931.80. So with the TRADE meaning i’m selling the MATIC to USD, there should of been a 168.37 LOSS based on my base currency in CAD. Instead it’s just putting 0, which it assumes the cost basis = the fiat value, which is wrong. The last few transactions where just transfers from one wallet to another, and the first time the MATIC was bought was months ago, so the Superficial loss rule does not apply.

I have the same issue too.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? HAven’t heard back from support, yet. This is a huge issue.

UPDATE - So after looking more in depth , it does seem to be affected by the Superficial Loss Rule. Turns out I had another transaction a week later that bought the same coins back within 30 days, so I guess the loss that would of been part of the disposed earlier would of been not applicable. So i guess, it works the way it should.
