# Does Koinly have any support team?

I have reported multiple tickets via their support system, I have fully paid for, upgraded account. It’s been 10 days, does anyone have heard back from their support recently? Do they have any actual support team?

I had to go on their facebook lol… and you dont have to pay to talk on facebook
