**Describe the problem:** My subscription to daily sync my wallets aren’t happening daily. It’s usually a few days behind. **Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?** All exchanges/ wallets **How did you import data into this wallet?** Data imported automatically **What have you tried to fix this so far?** I’ve reported the issue before but it continues to happen after the last attempt to fix. ---

Hi @Ali_Koinly, The daily sync issues have definitely not been resolved. My 30 or so wallets are being synched at various times on a roughly 3 day cycle meaning on any given day some of my wallets will not show activity for at least 3 days. This problem has existed since late last year and has been the subject of periodic posts by users. It is obviously very friustrating when you log into Koinly and know that you won’t have a complete picture without first resynching many of your wallets. I am having the same issue. Always need to manually trigger the sync. Was the issue fixed for you? ---
