Describe the problem:
I created a custom wallet for wallet YanSafe utilizing PAC crypto. The transfer transaction does not reflect a cost basis for the custom wallet for YanSafe. It shows a zero value even though the withdrawal transaction matched with it has the cost basis. This cause the transfer to show no cost basis and on the dashboard it shows a zero in cost basis as all my PAC assets went into the custom wallet.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
The involves a withdrawal from Bitrue and a deposit for the custom wallet for YanSafe.
How did you import data into this wallet?
The Bitrue API picks up the withdrawal and I upload a deposit upload which gets automatically matched together. I’ve also tried uploading both sides individually and it matches to with no cost basis on the custom wallet even though it has it on the other end for Bitrue

I’ve also tried uploading both sides individually and it matches to with no cost basis on the custom wallet even though it has it on the other end for Bitrue. The only way that I can get both sides of the transaction to pick up the cost basis is to split the entries but that costs taxable event on the withdrawal side and makes additional deposits. These transaction should be merged as a transfer for no taxable event but it doesn’t have the cost basis on the deposit side.
Please help. I’ve been trying for a week to get in contact with koinly with no response or assistance from the team. I might look for other tax software as Koinly product doesn’t fully report my crypto assets accurately
