**Describe the problem:**
Because Koinly is not reading my FTX CSV files, I used the Koinly template to create a custom CSV file and it still does not import.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**
FTX

**How did you import data into this wallet?**
Custom CSV

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**

The interesting thing is Koinly read the first 5 lines of the FTX CSV, which were all buys. All the other lines errored out. I then deleted the first 5 lines and imported again. This time it read the first 3 lines (AVAX buys) and the rest of the other lines errored off. I then deleted the first 3 lines and tried again. No luck after that. All other lines are buys, just like AVAX, except for SOL, BTC, and ETH. Formatting is the same.

The custom CSV file used the format exactly as specified and nothing imported.
