The coinfield CSV files will not import properly. Koinly keeps asking to Map file and needs more information.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
All the trade pricing is in XRP not USD or CND. I rebuilt a CSV using the Koinly template and still didn’t recognize the trading pairs.
