# CryptoCom exchange trades dont register correctly. For Bitrue, Koinly cant find the purchase history even though I uploaded the deposit history and trade history

**Describe the problem:**  
I have 2 issues. One is with the exchange, where I transferred 3000 CRO from the App. I traded them to XRP and sent to Bitrue. Koinly cant find the purchase history or 3000 CRO even though I literally uploaded the deposit from the App.

More significant:  
I sent a chunk of XRP to Bitrue over like 15 transfers. I bought these on the CryptoCom exchange.  
The amounts match perfectly on what was traded and what was sent in. However EVERY trade it warns me of the of “no purchase history”, which makes no sense to me. Can it be because I had to import deposits and trades separately?

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Bitrue AND CryptoCom

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
CSV

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
I’ve validated the transactions. I’ve re-uploaded files. Double-checked the totals match up.  
I cant amend the purchase history or anything like that…
