Describe the problem:
Crypto.com has four main wallets/sub-accounts: Crypto, Earn (staking), Fiat, and the CDC Visa card. USD within the fiat wallet can be transferred to the Visa wallet as an off-ramp.
I’m not certain, but it appears that the USD I’ve transferred out of the fiat wallet, either with crypto purchases or the Visa wallet (which were subsequently withdrawn entirely from CDC) are not reflected in my account balance in Koinly. This skews my holdings (and potentially my taxes?) heavily due to the amount of USD I’ve transferred out of CDC.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
crypto.com > Fiat Wallet / CDC Visa card.
How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually, as the API tends to yield a ton of errors.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve looked into manually removing fiat, but am afraid I’ll mess up records for taxes. I’ve also completely eliminated fiat from my CDC account.
