**Describe the problem:** Looking like Koinly is blocking some transactions from being sent through because it gets flagged as a Crypto Earn **Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?** > **[Crypto.com Canada: Buy, Sell & Trade Crypto with a Trusted App](https://crypto.com/ca)** > > Buy, sell, store, and trade over 400+ cryptocurrencies on Crypto.com, a secure and trusted crypto exchange platform in Canada. **How did you import data into this wallet?** CSV **What have you tried to fix this so far?** At the moment, I can’t do anything, the way the system was set up, it locked the transactions in the incorrect order, and deleted the purchase history for said CRO. Attempting to add in the deposit, deleted the transactions for both Crypto App and Crypto Org Chain. Fixed it by deleting both Org and App and reimporting CSV, then adding in the transactions manually, I had to go back a few minutes because the transaction was being flagged as already existing ---
