# Crypto.com Exchange Access denied: UNAUTHORIZED

Hi,

When syncing a [Crypto.com](http://Crypto.com) Exchange with their public API keys, I get the Access denied: UNAUTHORIZED error. On the exchange I give Read only permissions.
