Crypto.com card top ups being skipped on CSV import

I have a Crypto.com debit card.
I regularly top it up with crypto, and in the CSV files, these top ups transaction are tagged with card_top_up.

However, these transactions are being ignored, so my crypto balances are out of whack.

In the below image, the purchase of 220 TAUD gets recorded. But the card top up does not.

I’m seeing the similar thing for my ‘card_top_up’ transactions; in my case the transactions are TCAD → CAD
