# Confused about buying additional transactions

I need to purchase additional transactions for my 2023 taxes. I had 16,292 transactions and the standard packages comes with 15,000.

In the “Extra Transactions” section, it shows a green “x5000” and I’m not sure what that means? Because then you can just increment by 1,000 transactions with the +/- icons. I believe I need 2,000 more transactions, so do I just put the total to 2,000? What does the green “x5000” mean?

Hey @dropdx

Koinly plans take into account all transactions in the account, not just the year you are needing a report for.

Can you check the overall transaction count, this should matchup with what Koinly is asking you to purchase.
