Complete Tax Report shows old wallet names instead of current name

Describe the problem:

Old wallet names still appear in the Complete Tax Report as “sources” long after they were renamed.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

N/A

How did you import data into this wallet?

Many wallets of many varieties, blockchain APIs, exchange APIs, even fully manual wallets created for protocols not supported.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Nothing, I can’t control how the data is used in the tax report.
