Coinspot API fails to import airdrops / staking for cryptos that occurred before August 2019

Describe the problem:
API is failing to import staking / airdrops that occurred before August 2019. When I look at the receive history for an affected crypto, for example GAS, I have received staking credits for GAS from 2018 to 2021, but the earliest one I can see in Koinly is from August 2019. This affects every crypto that I have received inside my Coinspot Wallet.

Via the Coinspot AutoSync API

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Resync the wallet. I could resolve the issue by manually creating the transactions, but prefer that the API was fixed.
