I’ve just setup a Koinly account, so reaching out for some help with setting up my Coinfloor Wallet. Coinfloor provides 2 API keys, one provides read/write access, and the other just read access. I assume I just need to provide the read only API, but when I use this, I get an access denied message, and no transactions are downloaded.
Surely I don’t need to use the Read/Write API Key?

I have the same issue. I also don’t know what to add to the password field! Surely we are not supposed to give our coinfloor account’s password?

Coinfloor has a new API and we have already flagged it for update. Please proceed with the CSV imports until we have confirmed the new integration with Koinly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Sidenote: Never share your passwords with anyone claiming to be Koinly support. We’ll never ask you for your exchange account passwords and we only need read access to your accounts for Koinly to pull in data via APIs.
