# Coinbase Unable To Sync "Unknown coinbase error, status 500 (500)"

**Describe the problem:**

> Wallet: Coinbase (Coinbase)  
> Transactions: 384  
> Imported with: API
> 
> 1. Unknown coinbase error, status 500 (500)
> 2. No airdrops/forks found

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Coinbase

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Autosync, application auth

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Tried to resync with “Sync Now” and “Resync wallet from beginning”

As a result Koinly is not getting all the transactions and misreporting the total coin counts.

Sorry for the delay!  
We’ve had to prioritize our email and chat support over the forums due to just a very large amount of requests coming in.

But we are going to check the forums more actively as well!

I would still say it’s best to email us at [hello@koinly.io](mailto:hello@koinly.io) if you need faster responses.

As for this error, we had a temporary issue with the Coinbase sync. Could you please try resyncing by establishing a new connection?

If it’s still not working after that then please send us an email so we can take a closer look! 🙂
