Coinbase Pro Missing Purchase History

Describe the problem:
Ive uploaded csv file from Coinbase of Coinbase Pro transactions but because they were market buys they seem to not line up between the cash deposit and the purchased crypto

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Coinbase / Coinbase Pro

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV file from Coinbase

What have you tried to fix this so far? Read vaious posts on the discuss forum. There was mention of merging coinbase and coinbase pro accounts but I’m not sure how to do this and dont want to manually edit any transaction if not require
