Choose smaller plan

Describe the problem:
I actually have 933 transactions for 2020 and about 2,445 over the past 3 years. If I want to choose a plan for 2020 I can’t choose the one for 1,000 transactions. Why? I am clearly under 1,000 transactions but this plan is locked for any reason.
Hopefully you aren’t summarizing all transactions over the past years because then it’s going to be very expensive for long time customers.
