Describe the problem:
CELO API import has created two extra coin tickers for CELO and CEUR that are not tied to the actual coin tickers. These are treated like entirely separate coins with their own balance and everything. They also do not include the pricing information so there are errors there.
There also seems to be some mishandling of locked/activated CELO for staking.

Cannot be fixed since I cannot change the coins to the correct tickers.
