# CDP's where the deposit currency is different from the withdrawal

**Describe the problem:**  
I’ve tagged the deposit and the withdrawal of collateral (opening and closing the CDP) (ETH deposit and DAI withdrawal) as to\_pool and from\_pool respectively however because they are different currencies the system thinks I’ve still got the ETH in the pool and I generated the DAI out of nowhere with a cost basis of 0.

How can I fix this and properly associate the withdrawal with the deposit even though they’re in two different currencies.

Should I just leave it as is? If I don’t tag them as to and from pool then it gives me a number that seems roughly correct.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
ETH - defisaver - Makerdao CDP

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Sync

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**
