Can't change token in transaction

I have a sale that has a 0 cost basis on a token sale (MULTI) and I see the coin in an earlier transaction with a cost basis. However, they do not share an icon as if they are not the same. I cannot change the original transaction to match the later and I cannot assign the later the cost basis from the earlier one.

I cannot find a work around.

I am having the same issue, except with an NFT on ETH.
Bought it in 2021. Koinly software did not pick up the NFT so I had to make a stand-in token name. Sold in 2022 and Koinly did pick up the NFT. Cannot amend the sale to change it to my stand-in token. Cannot amend the purchase back in 2021 to change it to the real NFT (search function has technical limitations).
