# Cant add my Metamask acciunt

**Describe the problem:**

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Metamask - Ethereum

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
I was able to in the past.  
Then saw a notification saying metamask had changed something and informing me that I should erase wallet entry and then put it back in  
Havent been able to do that succesfully  
PLEASE HELP!

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**

What happens when you add your ETH public address in Koinly?

Do you see an error? Would you share your public address so I can test it on my end?
