**Describe the problem? I’m not able to match up the correct deposits with the correct corresponding withdrawals. I know ho to merge same date transactions together but when i try to merge deposits(puirchases) with their corresponding withdrawals(sales) it doesn’t work. Koinly automatically matches the wrong transactions together that don’t go together and it’s a mess. I don’t know how to proceed and need help asap to finish my taxes.

Our response times are a bit longer than usual right now unfortunately due to a lot of people having to file their taxes soon and have questions.
But I will try to give some suggestions here as well!
The first thing I would say is to try and use the API method instead, it has received a lot of updates recently and should work well.
If you do that just make sure to delete the wallet you have now with the CSV.
If you’d rather stick to CSV import then make sure to double check that the file is being imported with the correct time zone. Sometimes CSV imports can have a mismatch and show the timestamp in a different time zone than UTC when imported to Koinly, which causes a lot of issues since it can’t automatically detect a lot of transactions.
It sounds like maybe this is what happened in your case.
To fix this you need to check and see that the transactions imported with the CSV are showing in UTC in Koinly by cross referencing the timestamp with the one on the exchange, and then doing time conversion if it’s not already in UTC.
