Additionally, for others that may experience this issue, I also suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure you are on the correct website – Koinly.io – then disconnect any VPN you have running and refresh the page.
  • Try to login through http://api.koinly.io/cf
  • Clear your cache and cookies for Koinly, which sometimes causes issues. And update your browser to the latest version.
  • Use a regular browser window, not a private tab or incognito tab when you try and access Koinly.
  • Try another browser entirely which sometimes helps to sort this out.
