Bybit Spot Account Missing

Describe the problem:
My Spot Account from Bybit is not imported, only the derivates account

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bybit

How did you import data into this wallet?
API and CSV

What have you tried to fix this so far?

  • imported both files
  • the wallet does not show any problems on koinly, although my spot wallet and trades arre completely missing?

I had similar issue. I uploaded both of Bybit Spot and Derivatives assets history csv file on the Koinly, but the Spot did not work. How can I solve this?

Please can we get some response from Koinly on this. Bybit Spot needs to be implemented for me to continue using your product.

I have the same issue with my spot wallet from Bybit. The transactions (imported via API) are not shown.

After a lot of back and forth emails I had finally gotten a reply from support that it would be fixed in a matter of days.

That was weeks ago.

I won’t be purchasing a 2022-23 Koinly report unless this is solved.

There are deposits and transfers among the progressive number of account types that makes real problems, including deposits have some flaws between ByBit and Koinly where there seems to be missing dates on ByBits behalf. Pretty sure Im not the only one who cant avoid trying everything on ByBit, and it works, but what’s not work well, is how to report this to the taxreturns. I have to deliver this nightmare in 7 days, but I really just consider just printing out transactions to the cryptospace, and whats gained in incoming transactions, because this cryptospace is definitly not ready to document it self. Hope next year it has become better on this. And must karma just save us from the goverments iron-hammer untill there comes a new system that makes things easier. Amen.
