# Bybit Shows No Holdings

**Describe the problem:**  
Hi, I haven’t been able to make Bybit and Koinly work together. Bybit show zero balances for all holdings. It my main exchange, I need to be able to 1) monitor my assets, 2) provide accurate tax report.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Bybit

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
I tried API several times, I tried CSV files as well.

Hi  
Also having the same problem.  
My holdings showing minus amount when there is a positive balance.  
We have tried to sync multiple times in a day but nothing has changed.

Hey guys,

We are hoping to improve our Bybit integration soon, but right now the API has limitations which maybe affecting your import.

I would strongly suggest that you obtain CSV files from Bybit support. The following files are NOT available for self-export, and can only be provided by the Support team at Bybit.

You need;

**Bybit Standard Account**

- Spot Asset History
- Derivative Asset History
- Funding Asset History

**ByBit Unified Trading Account (UTA)**

- Transaction Log
