BTXCRD BITTREX Reports its Credits wrong

Koinly says, the BTXCRD does not match what is actually on the wallet.

I checked, it definately is on the Wallet, Koinly gives me a negative missing Number.

Wallet: Bittrex (Bittrex)
Transactions: 15
Imported with: API

  1. No airdrops/forks found
  2. This API has certain limitations:
    ---- Many trades and deposits before 27/2/2019 are not returned by the Bittrex API. If your account is old you may want to upload your transaction history using CSV files instead.
    ---- Trades for delisted pairs are not returned by the API
