I cant get my transactions either direct or by csv for Bitgert BRISE chain from metamask ,I tried to customise the csv for Koinly but its disasterous

What have you tried to fix this so far? spent hours upon hours to try and work this out ,fail.
LOL! I had it on under a Trust Wallet once before by adding the key manually. I deleted the whole wallet trying to fix another issue and haven’t yet successfully gotten it back, and can’t seem to find the same sequence to do it again.
