# Bitfinex - Downloading CSV

**Describe the problem:**  
Unable to identify where the CSV is getting downloaded on my computer. Searches not fetching the file.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Bitfinex

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
so far through API. But it doesn’t import Margin Trade data correctly. There is heavy mismatch of balances.

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Contacted Bitfinex support. But no help
