Describe the problem:
Binance US has recently added the ability to convert dust into BNB (was previously only available on main Binance site). I converted all my dust and received a fractional BNB. I sync’d my Binance US (via api) and I think it got rid of the small balances but I don’t see the new fractional BNB.
