My binance account is syncing but showing 0 transactions despite it has thousands (same key worked on an other site)

Same to me, is really annoying. I deleted an binance account , created new one and paired with newly created binance api tax reports key as was suggested with message from koinly and not working so far!
Same here really feels like nothing is working atm
I am having the same issue as well. Been over 7 hours with the same message, “Syncing Binance in progress”.
It’s rather frustrating as i need to sort out my taxes asap.

There can unfortunately be some spikes here and there if the servers are put under a lot of stress, but we are constantly working on making improvements to keep a more stable performance.
I will report this however and make sure we look into it in case there’s any bigger issue going on.
