Binance UK API not synching any transactions

Describe the problem:
the API with Binance UK returns zero transactions

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance

How did you import data into this wallet?
As API does not work, I am having to use a very clunky import method. Binance does not provide reports for conversion so I am manually adding these. Not idea.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have deleted the API, re-created but to no avail

I’m a new user. Can’t get any transactions from Binance, half my holdings on a Ledger are missing and my coinbase balance is wrong.

I"m beginning to wonder if I should request a refund as with so many errors its a waste of time.

I’ve tried deleting the app for Binance and recreating it. Made no difference.
