i am participating regualarily on binance launchpad. After the distribution i add this via an import file as an exchange of BNB with the new token. That’s working so far. Afterwards i transfer the token to my wallet. That was working for VOXEL but not for ALPINE and GMT. ALPINE and GMT are marked as send and deposit and not combined to a transfer. Seems that koinly looks at them as two different tokens.
Now - some weeks later GMT is magically solved. It shows now up as a transfer. But ALPINE is still not recognized. How can i get attention from support ?
