Binance API connection is not retrieving asset conversion transactions from last month (jan 4th 2024)

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I deleted all transactions and resync from beginning with new api keys. basically it is a new wallet I synced weeks ago and retried to resync. there are no other csv or manual transactions.
I searched and confirmed that those transactions are missing. these transactions are from last month and I can see them normally in cointracker api binance wallet, so it is not an issue of the api.
for this reason, I have wrong balances and transactions with no purchase in koinly.
I do not want to fix this manually, I think the system should automatically retrieve and do the calculation.
