I’m still not having the beta acess of FoxBit

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
FoxBit

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Public address

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
I already tried to send an message by chatbot and sended an email on [support@koinly.io](mailto:support@koinly.io), and still not having the acess.
