Allowing API access to multiple portfolios within coinbase pro

I have my API set up with Coinbase Pro and my default portfolio. It correctly synced the data from that portfolio. However I have two portfolios that I have closed within my account that I didn’t set up an API before deleting the old sub-portfolios.

I was able to generate a CSV report but I can’t seem to properly import them. When I import them the transactions have discrepancies that I tried to connect the dots of however there still seems to be missing data.

Is there a way to set up an API for access to multiple portfolios or set up an API for a closed portfolio?

I looked on Coinbase Pro but the drop down to select the portfolio while creating a new API doesn’t show the deleted portfolios.
