Algorand asset with japanese characters giving error

Describe the problem:
I am trying to import my Algorand wallet, however, it is having an error once it hits the asset for Kanji Token which uses kanji.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to import it through a csv file however that also did not work, and it told me to use the algorand API (which also didn’t work).

Appreciate any help that I could get!
