I use transak on metamask for a purchase with credit card to buy ETH. But with the api, koinly see only a income from transk eth adress to my metamask. I try to add all kind of transactions (trade swap deposit, merge) but i still have the missing purchase of my eth.
So my total balance is not true.
How can i fix it ( i tried 3 hours all kinf of things…)

If you want this to be showing as a “Purchase” using EUR then you have to change it to a “Trade” and put the amount of EUR that you paid. But there must also be a deposit for that EUR to your metamask wallet or it will get the missing purchase history error.
So if you used € 152 for the first purchase you create one transaction that is a “Deposit” for € 152 and then you change that “Deposit” for 0.0428 ETH to be a trade where you use the EUR that you “deposited” to pay for the ETH. That will solve the missing purchase history issue.

If i manual add a transaction as deposit, my avarage cost in eth is not true= koinly think i recieve it form bill for exemple, and need to pay later 30% of this deposit. I can not change this purchase as trade, the fonction is not available. i can only tag it as airdrop, mining etc…
I paid 180€ for the first one, & 100€ for the second.
as you can see in picture, it said my cost for eth is 858, but it is (858 + 180 + 100= 1138€)
i just did what you said but still dont work.
