# Access Denied – IP does not match IP whitelist

I cannot sync with my wallet, because of the error: “Access Denied – IP does not match IP whitelist”.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**

Coinbase Pro.

**How did you import data into this wallet?**

API.

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**

DNS lookups.
