1 Minute between Transfer and Selling - 80 $ Profit? How is this possible?

Describe the problem:

I mined some ETH.

Now I transfered it from Flexpool to Coinbase. From Coinbase to Coinbase Pro. After this I am selling all of the ETH.

Between Transfer and Selling only was 1 Minute. How can i have a Gain of 82,01 $ in one Minute?

I know that the market price fluctuates but not always within a minute around 80 $.

Can someone help me?
